Tips for when you arrive…
When you arrive by vehicle, you will see underground parking with a sign showing Sunpath…please pull into the underground parking, there will be visitor stalls outside the secured guest parking. Walk back up to the street and take a right (u-turn) into the complex. You will see the pool/hot tub building on your right. On the back side of this building is a map of all the units. Once you approach the pool area, there will be a fire hydrant on your left and path next to it. Go down the path to the end and take a right. Unit #4 will be a couple units down.
Once you enter the premises, you will need the security fob (with red key chain on a lanyard) which will be hanging in the entry mudroom area. This will grant you access to areas including parking gate and doors, pool/spa, garbage/recycle/organics room, bike storage. You can go back to your vehicle with the security fob and enter the secured parking area. Tip: there is a cart in the mudroom area (entrance) to help with the transfer of your items. You can unload while parked in the visitor parking to avoid stairs from the secure underground parking. Our designated “reserved” parking spot is #34. If you have other vehicles, they can park in any non “reserved” spots. Right beside our parking spot is the door that will get you to our unit pretty quick. There are signs showing where to go for unit numbers after you climb the stairs.
NOTE: you will need the security fob to get in and out the secured parking gate, access to pool area, bike storage and garbage/recycling/organics room (by the visitor parking).
If you would like our home to be at a certain temperature for when you arrive, during the winter time, we can pre-set the heat to your desired temperature; otherwise it will be set to 20 deg c. (68 deg f).
There is a Samsung tablet on the counter which will serve as your smart concierge, you will be able to control all the lighting, blinds, etc. and also provides you information about our place, the village, and mountain. When not in use, please place it back on the stand and plug it in so it stays charged.
We have a private Hot Tub for your enjoyment on the balcony of bedroom #1. Please keep this ON during your stay to keep it from freezing and to maintain the temperature (winters), it should be set at 40 deg c. (104 deg f), please adjust to your comfort level accordingly.
We have a hot tub maintenance company that may come in during your stay to make sure the water health is perfect for your enjoyment, please invite them in should they attend during your stay.
Music: Once you join the wifi network, you can stream your music from your iOS or Android device by using airplay / cast and choosing “Living Room”. You can also use the house tablet (by choosing “Sonos Music Speaker” on the tablet) to play music to our Sonos speaker.
Quiet time of the complex is between 10pm and 8am. Please note that if Sea to Sky Security attends for a noise complaint, you will incur additional charges, levied by the security company.
Preparing for departure, please remove the garbage/recyclables/ organics and start the dishwasher cycle. Linens and towels will be cleaned and replaced by our house keeping.
You will need the security fob to exit the secure parking, please park your vehicle in the visitor area and walk back to our unit and hang the security fob back in the entry mudroom area. Please remember to press the “lock state” button to lock the door when exiting the place.
